Payments to CIAC are made online using our payment interface which can be found on the main menu (or just click here ).
All payments must be performed within specified time and with no exaggerated delays or else your project may be frozen or put on a lower priority. There you will find our refund policy and more information.
Project delivery is made progressively since all content, websites and products are sent to the customer on each progress update you'll always have the latest version already delivered to you after each update.
When the project is completed all relevant files along with documentation (when necessary) are sent one last time to the customer.
All of our developed products include free support for six months, we like to stay in touch with our creations. They also include never-ending free-bug-fixing for those cases when some very brave bug still remains hidden somewhere after the mercyless slayers killed them all.
